Living Healthy Workshop at Delmar Place

Delmar Place, 467 Delaware Ave, Delmar hosts a 6 week workshop series, "Healthy Choices NY, Living Healthy" for adults and/or caregivers with ongoing chronic conditions like arthritis, heart disease, diabetes etc. Each session focuses on strategies to successfully manage these conditions to make living more enjoyable.
